There is often family events and coping groups for the families. Daily activities for the residents to join, always clean, decorated for the season and holidays. The caregivers know the habits, likes, friendships, and preferences of the residents in each cottage and form bonds with each. With the residents living in small Cottages vs. Larger community buildings it creates a tighter family environment.
