Moving in: Once we had all the necessary paperwork and information completed, the move-in process was relatively seamless. Clear communication during those days was imperative and gratefully, the communication was very clear. As family, we were impressed and grateful for the many ways our needs were anticipated and dealt with efficiently and effectively. And while the stress of moving loved ones into memory care and assisted living can be intense, we found the calm and caring Staff and beautiful environment of Vista Springs so helpful in dealing with the myriad of complexities, anxieties and changes.
