The then manager was very helpful & able to take our mom immediately. The most amazing part, she was able to bring her fur babies, which was more than we hoped for & put her at ease. The level of care she needed when moving in was very low but the peace of mind that she had help 24/7 was amazing! I visited almost daily & had direct experience with almost every staff member & resident over the last 8 months. The residents were loving, kind, & enveloped her into the community immediately. I was most impressed with the staff who became as close as family & were extremely helpful as her health declined. I can't express enough how incredible the community & staff of The Club have been to us!
