Disappointed!!
Very disappointed!!! This is listed as a non-smoking apartment complex, but they allow smokers to rent. Residents who smoke sign an addendum that they will leave property to smoke. Management does not enforce this. So residents have to put up with cigarette smoke coming thru vent system into their apartments. Numerous complaints to management are not dealt with. Hallways and stairwells are concrete and are filthy dirty. There are cracks and breaks everywhere. Requests to have these areas cleaned fall on deaf ears. The outdoor furniture is filthy and in the 2 years I have been here, they have not been cleaned. Some residents clean the areas themselves. I have cleaned and mopped the elevator on several occasions. We were told that our exterior windows would be cleaned on a regular basis. This has not happened in the 2 years that I have lived here. The owner charges $1000 non-refundable "community fee" to every new resident. That "community fee" has not gone back to the community for repairs. This community does not live up to what is advertised! Rent is reasonable, but that is the only positive about this place!
