Nail care on hand and feet could be better, they have a tough time showering her (again a common issue), I had to tell them to work harder to try to get her participate in activities and eat outside room. It's taken the entire year to get her out of the room regularly. I feel that should have happened sooner but she seems content now. She seems to like food. It smells very good. She had some issues with refusing to eat and I felt I had to really ask and remind them to put extra effort to make her eat and remind her instead of just taking the full plate away. She is eating better now. Inside they keep them busy. I would like to see them take her out of the place more and not just accept her refusal to go one time. I would like them to put in an effort to get her to take a field trip. The raised the price at the 1 year mark over [fee removed] a month so I am paying close to [fee removed] a month. She needs help with most everyday things so I have to keep that in mind.
