The management staff are on top of their items they are handling but there is some disconnect with the nursing staff that actually handles the care. 8 out of 10 caregivers work wonderfully with the clients but there are always a few that spoil the bunch.The therapy group and the hairdresser that we have dealt with are wonderful.
