The nurses, assistants & other medical professionals were always kind & respectful and seemed to love my mom. I observed all staff in all areas ( food service, reception etc.) would go out of their way to help, check on, greet, socialize etc. with residents & families. My mom died last week, and we have no regrets about her care during those last days. They kept her comfortable and peaceful, & helped us navigate this time.
