Sunset Ridge Memory Care is an assisted living community located in the lovely city of Jefferson, Jefferson County, Wisconsin. Jefferson is located right along the meeting point of the Crawfish and Rock Rivers. This lends to amazing and breathtaking scenery and numerous recreational opportunities. Jefferson has several lovely parks, an extensive community garden, and many other scenic locations. Sunset Ridge Memory Care also has gardening opportunities, outdoor seating and common spaces, and is conveniently located near local recreation.
The staff members at Sunset Ridge Memory Care are dedicated to providing the best care and support to the residents in our assisted living community. We provide a memory care program for those residents who are living with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia, as well as medication assistance, personal care, an on-call nurse, and 24-hour awake staff to provide assistance any time of the day or night.
