The accounting staff is not very good. It was difficult to actually speak with the personal. More than a week of daily voice messages were never returned. This happened several times. Finally had to resort to speaking with the director on multiple occasions. The billing was easy if nothing changed, but when refunds were due, due to extended hospital stays, it took MONTHS, and the assistance of my accountant to get the issues resolved and the appropriate credit applied to the account, only to have the same scenario happen a few weeks later. The fact that the corporation accounting happens off site and depends on timely and accurate info from the individual facility definitely complicated the process.
