When I wanted to move my mom over, the director pointed out they couldn’t use the lift in their facility for her wheelchair and she would have to be in bed the whole time. She told me it looked like my mom was still enjoying her day being out with others and said she wouldn’t move her if it was her mom. SHE put my mom above getting herself another resident, another paying customer. Now that is truly a family feel! It’s clean, has fun activities and the people there are loving!
