Review for Sundale Senior Living of Huntsville TX
Getting my mother in law in the facility was super simple and very inviting. Overall id give them a 4. The staff have been amazing, with my mother in law who at times can be unbearable.
One thing I have an issue with is not being able to reach the Doctors/PA's who come to Sundale to visit patients. Another thing was that we tried to have my MIL medications distributed by Sundale's med-aids that did not work out due to my MIL refusing for anyone to have her medications in their possession. Sundale gave her meds back to her and then reached out to me.
I felt there has got to be a better way but I do not know. So for know I drive back and forth to give her medications in a weekly pill box. It works for now.

5 for all categories. What I like most about the community is the cleanliness, and they are friendly and helpful. The room sizes are spacious. He doesn't participate much in the activities.

We toured Sundale Senior Living and it was a beautiful place! However, there was no on-site caregiver assistance and the laundry was separate from the units.

our families experience
We really appreciated the fact that took a big interest in our loved one and made big efforts helping her get adjusted during her first few weeks at the community. It makes us feel better and more comfortable knowing she is in a place where the staff are looking after her well being. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

Awesome place
This facility goes way out for ALL of their residents! They even had an exceptional 71st anniversary party for a couple. They even made a special dinner for them and their family which I thought was so sweet. All of the residents are always happy their and the staff stakes great care of them like they are their family.

I would tell others that is typical. The meals are sorry. Other than the meals it is acceptable.
If they have activities I don't know anything about them. As I've not been involved in any that have been offered potential.
