I can’t say enough positive things about this memory care facility! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well maintained everything is. The care staff is truely outstanding - compassionate, patient, and always attentive to the needs of residents. Leadership is equally impressive, creating an environment where communication is open and every concern or question is addressed promptly. The food here is fantastic. Fresh nutritious and thoughtfully prepared to meet the needs of the residence. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making meal time’s enjoyable. Great place

Do research for questions you need to ask.
Ask a lot of questions and see if they follow through. I was told some things that never happened and no one knew why I was told that. I think there could be a lot more communication with family than there is. Just interested in collecting the money.
I would recommend them, only to a degree.

They sincerely cared about my mom
My mom had spent seven years in [community removed], and I shelled out approximately $[removed]. They did a terrible job of caring for my mom. It wasn’t until I moved my mom to Sun City Sr Living that I realized my mom was finally in a place where they cared about her. She was in Memory Care. They fixed her hair everyday in cute braids, took pictures of her on outings and texted me, dressed her up in cute clothes and charged half as much. [name removed] is extremely caring.
Those were the hits. Now with the misses. They only have one big open room with high ceilings so sounds reverberated to a distracting level. The staff were hit or miss with regard to being available.
Sometimes I’d call and couldn’t get anyone to answer when I was trying to get through to my mom.
I think they need a designated phone manned at all times.
My mother passed after just a month of being there. I wish I had more feedback. But I’m grateful her last month was a pleasant one. Thanks, Sun City Sr Living.

Dad’s new home
We are really happy with Sun City Senior Living. The managers and staff are very friendly and helpful. Dad is 92 and needs extra help with dressing and showering, etc. They go out of their way to assist him and answer our questions. The meals are excellent! He said the food is so good, much better than the rehab facility he was at after surgery. I recommend the facility for anyone that needs a “place for Mom…or Dad”!

Good place for mom
This is one of the more affordable but clean places around. The staff is caring. Any concerns are addressed right away.

Was shocked when hospital said my DAD would be discharged that day, could not care for him at home. Sales director was a gift from God - helped us get him into facility next day. Spent hours welcoming US + everything about community + was a great releif.

Not what we expected
When we toured the facility, we were more than welcome with open arms, and obviously the facility was talked up and that’s normal when you’re trying to get somebody to move in they were under construction, which is nice however, I think they went with the cheapest flooring because it’s all wavy and it’s not all completely finished, but it’s not the greatest job in the whole world for the construction that they’re doing. We’re having issues with my mother-in-law‘s room mate to be exact, we seem to find feces all over the floor and we have to hunt down an aid or a nurse to come and clean it up. You were having the roommate moved out of her room and hopefully that will help also even though we labeled my mother-in-law‘s clothing she’s wearing somebody else’s clothes and we’re not quite sure where all the rest of her clothes are at so you know , we were sold, but we’re very disappointed that we’re paying

Nutrious food and hygiene are very lacking based on several weekend visits...pizza wings fries....really?? Need more vegetables and soups...One day they had fresh asparagus that was hard...we did however suggest the kitchen staff put their phones down and pay more attention to the residents

Caring Staff
Management quickly accommodated husband’s physical needs in memory care. Because his dementia was intermittent, he mainly stayed in his room on his computer and listen to his jazz music.
His biggest complaint was the food as he has always had a narrow food preference . We finally got the lines of communication opened which rectified the issue.

Great staff. Definitely would recommend
Staff there has been very responsive to anything I ask of them and they were great with my family when my mom passed away. They have helped me look after my stepdad and helped him transition through all of these changes in his life. We had about 3 we were seriously considering. One was quite a bit more expensive and my mom and stepdad are very conservative. we didn't feel like the extra cost would be warranted.
The other place was further away from my husband and I. As my mom was so ill, I needed to be as close as possible.
