Lots of company. People are friendly and competent. Need to extend the walkway of the building to the roadway on the west side. It is difficult to carry a walker over the grass.

As a family member my overall experience regarding my mother's care is very positive. I have observed many improvements to include additional staff in the activities dept. Appreciate the clean, spacious environment with the large windows that allows natural light for the residents. Staff in all departments are courteous, caring, and helpful. Exceptional care and wonderful staff
We chose Story Point West Milton because it was right in the community where mom lived, and we could not be more happy. Mom is in the memory care unit, and the care is exceptional. Mom enjoys the group activities, the facility, her room are always spotless, the food has great variety and the staff give excellent care while keeping us updated as needed. We could not be happier.

After my mom lived with me for 3 years it got to be more than I could handle alone. We moved her to assisted living in Michigan. It was costly and too big. She was very unhappy there. When Story Point (former Randall Residence) opened up it was perfect. She has been so much happier, small good food, good care.

Friendly and caring staff
From the moment we first toured we knew this was the place for my parents. You are always greeted with a smile, the staff has been a huge help to them, especially my dad. Nursing staff is very caring!

Our experience
Overall loved it , but Mom had a fall and they said I could pay more for extra care , but the aides an nurses said that's really not going to happen as once StoryPoint took over they cut staff. So I took her to [community name removed] where the staff is 2 aides to 8 patients per shift that just made more sense to me.
