Great one-on-ones with workers and residents in activities and living environment. The food is awesome, making a more "home" atmosphere. The open outdoors really adds to that "home" atmosphere. Somewhere to sit outside, chill, and enjoy the environment.

Best ever!!
My grandmother lived here and was provided excellent care. In fact, they had my grandma riding on the back of a motorcycle. Her quality of life was met during the final years!

We are looking for an active community for our 90-year-old father. And we found it! We saw groups of residents playing games. There's something for everyone! The staff genuinely cares about the residents.

Review for StoryPoint Union
Overall good. Room size was good. Food was fair, because you had only few choices and once ran out of main item pork chops. There are lots of activities plus field trip. The staff servers were very kind and helpful. The cleanliness was fair but strong urine odor was noted in the hallway.

Would recommend
The wait staff (high schoolers usually) who waited on the tables at mealtimes were very attentive and made sure the residents received what they wanted.
All the attendants who checked on residents were very kind. They made sure to call us when there was a problem.

Home away from home
The staff was amazing from the directors all the way down to the people in the kitchen. They were always so helpful with my mom and took such good care of her. They made her feel like she was a part of their family. I could not say enough good things about story point my mom stayed there until she passed away And I would recommend it to anyone looking.

Excellent place to live
StoryPoint Union is an excellent place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful, residents are welcoming, and the food is delicious and includes a nice variety of choices. Our apartment has plenty of room, a good view and the facility is quiet in the living areas.

Great Place!!!
Story Point is a great place to live. It is a community that cares & provides so much. The food is great!! They have many choices, not always the same thing. A great variety never boring. Plus they have brunch/lunch on special occasions that you can invite your family. Entertainment is endless. They bring in different individuals to do card show, singer’s, piano players or dress everyone up for pictures. Always something going on. Check out Story Point!!

Kudos Story Point
A tough decision was made two years ago to move our parents to Story Point! I can honestly say this place is Fantastic! It’s clean upscale and really serves my parents needs! From the 5 pm white tablecloth dinners to the amazing activities SP offers this place reassures me on a daily basis our decision was a good one! How satisfying it is to see my mom on FB participating in some many diverse activities and reassuring when my parents go out w us, they are worried about getting back in time for music/ bingo/ dinner etc… thank you SP for the assurance our parents are in a happy nurturing environment… we are grateful.

Engaging Community
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at StoryPoint Union. The activities here are truly outstanding — there’s always something fun and engaging happening, and it’s made such a difference in my father-in-law’s life. He’s become so much more social, making new friends and really enjoying himself every day.
One of my favorite things is seeing the pictures posted to Facebook — his smile says it all. You can just tell how much he’s enjoying the events, the company, and the atmosphere. It warms our hearts knowing he’s in a place where he’s not just cared for, but thriving.
The food is consistently good, the place is spotless, and there’s always something to look forward to. StoryPoint Union has given him a vibrant, connected lifestyle — and given us peace of mind. Truly grateful for this community!

Peace of mind
Our mom is happy and enjoying her time at Story Point. It gives us peace of mind to have her in a safe and comfortable place. She has made it her home. She has met wonderful people, participates in the fun activities and even joined the choir group!
