I love it here. The best residents and staff are real considerate, thoughful and helpful. Lots of activities and things to do. Meals and dining should only have to pay for meals eaten. Is there any additional benefits with an increase in rent rates.

Welcoming Attitude from the Front Desk

StoryPoint Mequon has exceeded my expectations
I felt this was the right solution for me after taking a tour. It was clean, bright with an energy among staff and residents. StoryPoint Experience
It is comforting to know that my mom is in a facility where she feels comfortable and taken care of. She has met friends there and enjoy, sitting with them for meals and the many activities that are planned throughout of the week. The activities team is doing more, engaging with residents to encourage participation. The care team is improving. All care situations will have some problematic staff. CorsoCare deals with them and improves. I would recommend to others.

Caring staff and friendly community
Love Story Point! We like the community feel at Story Point, staff, residents and residents family members make a point of getting to know each other. Very caring staff and very willing to make my uncle comfortable from the caregivers to office personnel to the housekeeping staff. Very well run.

Story Point Mequon WI Memory Care
The minute I walked into Story Point Mequon I knew I had found the perfect placement for my brother. My opinion of this facility has never changed. Administration and staff were always accommodating and caring. Staff provided kind and compassionate care. The facility was clean and organized and meals were nutritional and delicious. Many people that inquired about my brother were told how marvelous Story Point is. I feel so fortunate that my brother and I were steered toward Story Point. It has been a wonderful experience. Getting more comfortable going forward
Had to get mom moved in on very short notice and of course over the holidays. Getting her settled in a new place after living in the same house for 70 years was not going to be easy. The friendliness and kindness of the staff and caretakers was a big help to all of us and my mom. She is feeling more comfortable in her apartment but still misses her house. Looking forward to nicer weather and being able to get outside more.

Highly recommend for couples with different needs
The facility, meals and activities are managed separately from the care services. The care services are on an ala carte basis which allows for flexibility. They are dedicated to keeping couples together as long as possible before/if one needs to move to memory care.

Beautiful place with a few hiccups.
The initial tour was very inviting and beautiful. They were very welcoming.
Move-in day and the first couple months were a little frustrating, trying to get some basic things set up.
Communication was up and down the first couple months and occasionally hard to get a response.
Food is good with small portions as to be expected.
The staff is friendly, although sometimes understaffing is an issue. Good people stretched thin.
Following up with them is very important.
