People are Great but Dinner Menu is a Challenge for Dad
Our Dad [Name Removed] seems to be enjoying the place. He is comfortable with the team. So are we as his children.
His only issue is that he’s a gourmet chef. He wants a more southern foods menu option for his dinner meals. We had to purchase a small cooker. He likes soft foods due to his dentures and loves to eat smothered chicken, macaroni and cheese, collard and mustard greens, home made dressing, etc. Please check with him about his meal wish list

Exceptional Senior Living Experience
From the very beginning, we knew StoryPoint Grand Rapids East was the right choice for our parents. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond, giving our family real peace of mind.
There are always great activities and events that keep residents engaged and connected, which has made a big difference. The amenities are well thought out and make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.
The food you really can’t go wrong. There’s plenty of variety and it’s consistently good.
Overall, StoryPoint has been everything we were hoping for and more. We’re incredibly grateful for the care and experience they provide.

The community is safe, clean and well managed by the staff who truly care about the residents. The community is more affordable than some of the other SP locations in town, but the care and attention seem just as good as the more expensive places.

The staff is nice... consistency lags sometimes in my dads opinion. They are clean and respectful... food is good.. apartment is good and they reply to work orders well. My dad doesn't do any activities but I see they have a plethora available. Very communicative staff overall good!

Welcomed
I was welcomed a great deal by all of the residents. Being accepted as newbie quickly. Exchanging backgrounds information was great. I feel like I can walk into the dining room knowing that I can sit with many people. I was secluded in my Old apartment rarely meeting anyone that wasn't medical professionals or people who worked in stores. I am so happy here and can join in on any activity throughout the week. I love it here!
