Recently, I had to move my dad from another community into StoryPoint Findlay. We were so super nervous as we did not have the best experience. But the staff here is so caring and understanding and loving that is made this transition the best they will never know how thankful we truly are for them.

Wonderful community
We recently moved my mom into the memory care area in Findlay. We have received nothing but the best of care since being here we love that my mom is still able to go on outings for ice cream as well as do social events outside of the memory care. It gives her so much joy as she used to love cruises and ice cream. So very thankful for this community and staff.

Amazing engagement
We had the opportunity to attend their family night with my sister who resides there and the assisted living. It’s so great to see a community come together fully and provide for the residence who lived there. Food was absolutely amazing and the entertainment was good as well.

Very pleased
Grandma lives in the independent living villas. We recently used the clubhouse and couldn’t be happier with the staff, villa and other spaces they offer. Would highly recommend if looking for a community for yourself and/or loved ones.

StoryPoint Findlay
It's VERY expensive, but they do offer a lot for the price tag. Mom lives in the condos surrounding the assisted-living building, but she still has access to all of the meals and activities that the main house offers. She seems to be pleased with everything. In my limited interactions, the staff have been very friendly as well.

Recently we attended on of their family night events. This was huge for our family when looking for a community for our mother. Family dinner was always something very important to us and when we learned that Story Point Findlay does this every single month, we knew this was the place. The food is always amazing, very well organized and always some type of fun entertainment. It helps that the staff makes us feel like we are family and we love that all management is involved in their events. Can’t wait until next month.

Love our grandparents home
Very impressed with this community. Very glad my parents choose this place for my grandparents. Staff is great and so many great amenities. So far we have no complaints so far also really enjoy all the extras they do for their residents.

We are currently looking for a place my father. As we walked in, we couldn’t believe how beautiful the building is we were greeted by the nicest staff. The sales person was unavailable. However, the director took us on a tour and he was able to answer all of our questions. The chef sent us home a delicious meal for our father. I am happy to say that we will be moving our father into his forever home.

Hands down best family night events
This past week, my family and I visited Story Point Finley for their monthly family event with my mother. I have to say hands-down this is the best community when it comes to events. Very well, organized, amazing food, and everyone that walked through the door was treated like family. I cannot say more about their family nights at this community.

my experience- friendly staff
I would give the staff, apartment and main facility a good overall rating.
Food and dining experience is poor. Sometimes the food is not worth eating and is not as warm as it could be. A lot of residents complain.
Events are lacking in my opinion. They're fair.
If I had known more about the situation I would not have moved here. It is not worth the price that they charge.

Our Executive Chef is actively involved in the dining program and regularly conducts café walks to connect with residents, ensure quality, and gather real-time feedback. We take concerns about food temperature, variety, and overall satisfaction seriously and continuously work to improve. Recent popular menu offerings have included chicken fajitas with white steamed rice and house salad, MC Morsel grilled chicken with Swiss ranch sliders, potato wedges and coleslaw, beef stroganoff with mixed vegetables and house salad, chicken à la king with seasoned green beans and a buttermilk biscuit, and baked chicken thighs with baked potatoes and pasta salad. We strive to provide a variety of balanced, flavorful meals and are always open to suggestions. We also appreciate your comments regarding activities and value. Mom is so happy here
Recently we was forced to find mom a place to live as her dementia was getting really bad to handle and she was wandering out of the house. We looked at many places. Went and toured this community with my friend who is looking for her mother. The amount of amenities this place offers is so incredible. Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable as well. I was very impressed with this community. [name removed], the director, gave us the tour he was honestly so easy to talk to and answered our questions. He even said if we didn’t choose them to reach out and he would help answer any questions as we are both new to this. Showed us he genuinely cared.
