[name removed] is the director and she has gone above and beyond to assist our family. The dining room is excellent. Dad is still adjusting, which is to be expected but overall we are THRILLED!

Do not recommend
I have moved from there because of the maintenance . The elevators kept going out. Pipes kept bursting in many apartments, my air conditioning was broken for over 3 weeks in the middle of summer before it was fixed. The quality of the food had really gone down. The people they were renting to that needed to be in assisted living. Overall my experience with Lakeview at Josey Ranch was not a positive one.

Review for Lakeview at Josey Ranch Senior Living
Very friendly residents, nice trees, and lovely dining area. It was very warm and inviting. I haven't compared to other facilities so not sure on the value. They have increased prices every year but I'm sure most places have done that.

I went on a tour and had a wonderful showing. The staff that assisted me was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about the property, name [name removed]. I’ve toured other places and wasn’t impressed. I love it and will be looking forward to moving in soon.

Great place to call home
This is an amazing place to call home! The other residents alphabets now become like extended family. The staff are all wonderful and courteous and always working hard. I love living here and wouldn’t trade it for any other place. I feel safe and there’s always nice activities for me and the other residents to get together.

Great community
This is a very caring community with lots to do. The directors seem to work well with each other. The Executive Director, has listened to my concerns and has taken action. I really appreciate that I am heard. The residents are very supportive of each other and have fun together. Would recommend Lakeview to anyone.

A great choice for independent Seniors!
This beautiful property offers a comfortable, safe and engaging experience for Seniors. A full time staff includes Culinary, Lifestyle, Maintenance, and 24-hour Concierge as well as on-site church services and multi-faith support. Other support includes availability for a hairdresser, massage therapist, doctor, podiatrist and optician. Parking structures and all entrances are protected. On-site transportation is available for appointments and shopping. Every day is full of fun and companionship with other residents. Come for a tour and enjoy the excellent brunch!

Does the senior prom was so amazing thank you for the invite everything was so nice. My grandmother and I visited Lakeview and loved everything about. We were greeted by the director [name removed] and she was amazing. We toured the property and my grandmother loved it. We also went to Thanksgiving dinner and the food was delicious. Everyone was welcoming.

Very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly. I attended the senior prom and I mean I had a blast. Good job. Seems like the residents had a lot of fun also. That let me know that they have very good planning and activities there.

Took a tour with [name removed] and loved it. Also met the Director [name removed] and we were made to feel right at home. My mom and dad are in the early stages of looking but definitely my first choice so far. Still have alot to do before they can move but we were invited back for their Sunday Brunch and can’t wait. Several residents we met told us it was amazing.

Lakeview has a wonderful view and the staff were great. I was looking for my mother and I loved the tour. The food was amazing and they had lots of choices. for dessert we had a chocolate covered New Your style cheese cake.

If delicious, hot food is important, you should shop around for another facility. If responsive staff/ helpful staff is important, there has been a lot of turnover and the staff isn't very engaged. The price went up within the first three months while the service went down so I would tell a friend to shop around. It's in a great location and the residents are very friendly.

They could use more variety of the in house activities provided to the residents.

Our families experience
The location is fabulous for our loved one. Our loved one is beginning to feel like apart of the community which is very good as she was NOT open to the idea of independent living. I've heard several of the residents complain about the food (our loved one included). Apparently the salmon is a good option .

Lakeview at Josey Ranch is a very nice facility and the staff were great and informative on the tour. I just felt that the size was too big for dad to handle, he would have been very overwhelmed.
