The nurses are organized and by the book, which I appreciate; professional. I like that it is a smaller facility. I have gotten to know several residents by name. My mom loves her space. The cost is crazy, but seems to be lower than other \"chain\" facilities. I am confused a bit on what the parameters are for assisted living versus memory care. Some of the residents that I see in the assisted living unit seem like they need much more hands on care, that the memory unit upstairs at Spring Hills I assume, provides.
