Experience has been good,
Everyone I have met have been very helpful and welcoming to the community. There are a variety of social activities for all and being among others and staying active helps with your mental and physical wellbeing. Solei is located in a great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Also medical offices and hospitals nearby, important entities when you age. I am 74 and glad I decided to make this move. This is not a place for sedentary lifestyle, this is a Place for living.

Disappointed
1. My apartment has never had a fire extinguisher.
2. The walkways here need to be sandblasted or at least power washed. They are filthy. 4. I care for myself. 6. There should be handicap doors to office and all gated areas. It is too expensive for single elderly person.

Just the facts
An apartment complex for people over 55 the clubhouse is the same as any other apartment complex. It is not a place for people who need care, you are pretty much on your own.
I am surprised at how many unruly, barking dogs there are that are left on porches and bark constantly at everyone all day. I am also not too impressed with the building quality. It is aging fast, and I have had issues with leaky windows and doors. Plus, I wish I hadn’t sold my vacuum; I had no idea anyone was still installing carpet in new buildings.
If the weather is not severe you won’t have the same pipe freezing disaster they had in the winter of 2021. They have done a lot of construction on the damaged units.
It appears that they are done with repairing the units, but in the midst of this we now have a new owner who has added a $20 amenity fee that I wish would have just been included in my rent price so I don’t have to be reminded every time I walk into the showroom they call a clubhouse that I am payi

My tour review
This community was okay and it was a nice place but it was not the same amenities as another community that I found but it was around the same price. They also did not have a lot of activities and I wanted to make sure that my loved one had a lot to do.
