Excellent Work!
From a glance, it looks like a Ritz-Carlton hotel with next level staff and clean rooms to match! I see games and exercises being bed by activities directors who treat our greatest generation with such love and attention. I can't speak foe the food as you ask and I'm sure everyday is different.

Silver Creek First Impressions
I’ve visited Silver Creek and while I think it’s a beautiful place to live, there are some things that need to be addressed. The menu items are okay but there should be less fried options for the daily menu. While there is an “always available” healthy section, the daily items should have more health conscious sides like steamed vegetables.
As a side note: the desserts are delicious! Keep up the good work there.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The residents seemed very happy and welcoming too! There is always something to improve on but it’s a nice place to consider for the future

Resort lifestyle with the comfort of home
While I'm really impressed with what Silver Creek has to offer, I will admit that there are things that could be improved upon:
First of all, WOW! The entire outside looks remarkable. Green foliage, beautiful lake behind the property. A truly amazing looking assisted living home. I would've never guessed it was a home for seniors. More like a really nice Marriott. The inside is just as gorgeous as the outside.
The rooms look great. The courtyard is alright but not that much activity. Actually, the game room looks great but nobody seems to be in there. You should have more games like tournaments or events in there.

Kind, informative staff
I was really impressed with the time I had spent here. I didn't even know this place was so close to central St. Augustine. It's a very convenient location. Only ten minutes to downtown, five minutes to shopping. The residents and staff were very friendly and welcoming. This is a nice place to consider for the future.

Friendly people and relaxing atmosphere
I was there for a brief time visiting. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The furniture is very comfortable and there are windows everywhere. I enjoyed meeting the residents along with the friendly staff. I'm not ready to apply as a resident but it's nice to keep in mind for family and friends

Keep Up the Good Work!
As soon as I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The natural sunlight coming from the ceiling windows really makes the place feel warm and inviting. The staff were very friendly and we exchanged funny stories and experiences about working with seniors. I’m personally not ready yet but will definitely consider it if the time comes.

Loved our experience here. The people living here are very kind. Some of them have absolutely adorable pets who are so well behaved! If the furry ones are happy, then you know it’s a nice place to stay! We’ll definitely be back

A good place
We had the opportunity to tour this facility for my MIL. Friendly staff, very informative. Price point is good for the level of care we would need for her. The place is a little dated, but solid in terms of hurricane preparedness.

Great place for My Grandmother
The staff there takes really good care of my grandmother. The activities there have really helped with her be comfortable and enjoy living there. They take the residents out to restaurants and stores and also bring in entertainment for the residents to enjoy. They also do stuff for the holidays and birthdays.

A home away from home
This is a beautiful and CLEAN community. The furniture is very nice, resort style, and the staff go above and beyond. They’re very attentive to all the residents needs.
The food could be better, in my opinion, but all in all it’s an exceptional place to live!

I Love Living Here
I moved in back in September after looking for a home for long time before. Everyone who works here have been so compassionate and friendly since my family started looking for me. The housekeeping department is very courteous to my requests and I have an easy time getting around the building and my room, even with my service dog. The food is absolutely delicious and the kitchen works very hard every day. While there are activities, I wish there would be more of a variety of games. Overall, I love living here and appreciate everything Silver Creek has done for me!

Review for Silver Creek
It is a newer facility that seemed more like a hotel than an assisted living facility. It is spacious and built to withstand Cat 5 Hurricanes. It is a wonderful environment, but there are different levels of care and they all come at a cost. The facility is also very peculiar about their exposure to liability. If a loved one needs to be hospitalized, this facility seems to want the individual to go to another rehabilitation center before being brought back to the facility, whether they need it or not.

Resident Approved!
I've been living at this wonderful assisted living facility since March and I haven't looked back since! The staff and managers are extremely nice and well-mannered. They always check to see how I'm doing and if I need anything.
I live independently but having that reassurance is one of the reasons I came here in the first place.
It's a joy to spend time with people from all around the country. I'm part of clubs and committees that ensure the residents voices are heard. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Great community and staff
I cannot thank the staff enough for their hard work and dedication, especially in memory care. They just got a new activities manager and she has really improved the daily activities ever since. I've seen her give every resident individual attention and it's really a treat to watch her and the other activities people spend time with the residents. There's always things to continue improving on and I know it'll only get better as each day goes by.

An unforgettable memory care
I’ve had a mostly positive experience visiting memory care at silver creek. Sometimes it can be so busy and the nursing staff tries their best to cater to everyone’s needs.
The activities offer a lot of variety and excitement to the residents. I think continuing to provide new resources and ideas will make their experience even better!
I really like the ice cream sundae bar they do every now and then. I can tell silver creek takes pride in their kitchen and food service

Easy move-in!
When I arrived first thing I noticed was how elegantly the place was decorated and how nice the meals smelt they were preparing ..The staff was very kind and the Management I won't forget...Especially the gentleman who's name sounds like it comes out of an action Novel...Sword was very engaging and kind. I would definitely recommend this place as a home to your loved ones!
