I live within a mile of the St. Paul cathedral, an architectural highlight for me. Sibley Ave. is known as “eat street” in some circles. It was several diverse, high quality eateries. \nThe construction and choices of services are disappointing. The phone is so complicated the person sent to my apartment to show me didn’t understand it. The thermostat is so complicated the person sent to instruct me showed me how to move it from heat to cool and how to raise and lower the temp. Ignore all the other features was the advice. The direct TV options are just as confusing. ESPN is not included on the viewing list provided.
