A Wanderguard bracelet helped reassure us that she was safe on her explorations and she began to settle in. She loves the food, and is surrounded by lovely, friendly residents who look after each other. Her room is cleaned regularly—it sparkles when they are done. The care givers are very cheerful and communicative with her. As a result, her cognitive function, communication, and communication have all improved. Most importantly, she is comfortable, safe, more content than she has been in a long time. The staff has carefully planned activities that cover all areas of residents’ needs. They said every 15 minutes or 30 minutes, they check on the patients in case something would go a mess. They would be there to catch it rather quickly, which is good. We've had no issues. Communication with the family is wide open. If I don't get the answer or if they don't have the answer, I will get it within a reasonable amount of time. I am pleased with the way that they help the community with little things like on Good Friday. We had a tea with mom and that was kind of special and I know that they do little things with the residents. I do appreciate how quiet and helpful they are, I don't have anything bad to say.
