Some of the cleaning ladies were treated rudely by the residents. \n\nToo many wheel chairs for this not to be assisted living. Thought it was strange that so many were on the 3rd floor and often wondered how they would get down the stairs if there was a fire or other emergency. \n\nWashers and dryers were worn and did not function properly. That was one of the reasons mom wanted to leave. \n\nBus that picked up residents had no wheelchair lift so those residents were left to find other means of transportation. \n\nGuest bathroom downstairs needed some work. Restrooms were always very clean but toilet lid was not seated properly and soap dispenser was broken. \n\nOne maintenance man for that large of a complex might not be enough. So it takes some time before he can come by unless it is an emergency. \n\nSome of these items might have already been addressed but overall the experience at the facility was positive and in the scheme of things the above comments were just observations from mom. Food was good, staff was good, cleanliness was good. I think mom just didn't feel like she fit in well with some of the residents.
