I had to purchase a lot of her food (drinks, yogurt) as it was not considered part of their thing \n6. they really did not have any activities. they could watch tv in the main room if they wished. this stay was also during covid, so everything was limited. They did bring in a podiatrist and a hair dresser on occasion. \n7. at first it was half of what we were paying at harveston with add on aides. we thought this was wonderful as we were paying about [removed]/month. was told that if she declined it could go up [removed] more per month but no more. the last month she was there they wanted an increase of [removed] a month \"as she declined more than they thought\". She was diagnosed with liver cancer and as she was in her 90s there was not much that could be done especially during covid. we did have her transported to the ER where she was admitted to the hospital with sepsis shock we had to make the decision to put her on end of life care as the pain was too much for her to bare and her organs were shutting down. she passed away three days later \n\nwe were able to retrieve her items, we donated a lot of her belongings to the facility and only took what was memorable to us. they were grateful for the donations. they also helped facilitate the return of the bed that we had been renting as it was a special mattress for bed sores that she had when she entered this facility.
