We've had some issues with a couple of caregivers. We have asked for someone NOT allergic to cats but still have received people allergic to cats. I had strong politic issues about our cat being an outdoor cat and walked off one day. Another caregiver was afraid of cats to the extent she was unable to do the work. She quit after 2-3 days. She beat me to the punch and quit before I had a chance to ask for a replacement. I suspected the drama was a ruse not to do the work. All were good with cleanliness except the cat drama queen. She really refused to do any work. The staff is great, can't say enough good about [name removed]. She's a great asset to your company. Quality of care was generally good. Meals the caregivers prepare meals as instructed. Have asked for suggestions to have variety for meals. There is rarely an idea of their own as a meal. Activities Some of the caregivers give some encouragement for activities but my mom does not engage. When at assisted living she would not engage either. Value for Cost - that's difficult to measure about any company or family situation. Right at Home is [fee removed] less than some. What I did learn the ones with a higher rate did not reflect it in a higher rate for the care staff. Nor were they superior to Right at Home. Agencies with higher rates never gave me a reasonable explanation for the difference. So my assumption was greed. I just didn't see a difference in quality of care staff. \n\nAll in All Right at Home provides a good service and as in any company I believe staffing is a difficult balance and especially in this industry. Also specific about her personal care and what to do around the house.
