I will say that they have a new director and he responded quickly once I received his phone number. Took a while to get serviced started. Had to call a couple of times regarding housekeeping and linen laundering services. Went through some changes so repeated meals happened for a period of time. The food has always been tasty. Always seem to have adequate activities. Rated are competitive with local choices but rate went up only 3 months after move in.\n\nOne thing that occurred on move in was broken elevator large enough to accommodate furniture and some if it had to be moved up to 5th floor via stairs. This elevator was non-functioning for quite some time. Also upon move in, the AC was not cooling. The repairman was on it immediately the next day n fixed it very quickly. Low on coolant. \n\nOverall, pleased. Nothing swaying thoughts of moving elsewhere.
