Not enough washable mats for bed available for patients that need them.\nFriendliness: Most staff are friendly and willing to help. The owner & manager is usually easily assessable & eager to help improve the living experience there.\n Con: Sometimes the workers are unsure who is suppose to do what but much improved since the last month.\nMeals: Quality has gotten a little better in the last month; the kitchen staff is wonderful.\n Con: Meals need to be a little more balanced; just my observation & since my Dad doesn't have teeth & they are aware, he still ends up with things I know he can't eat.\nActivities are lacking for my Dad. Maybe if just once a week they can have a sport night - highlighting a game on TV. I'm sure difficult to meet everyone's needs. \nValue for cost: You definitely can't beat it!\nAlso thankful for great Med techs. The employees of Reward Senior Care of Turtle Creek are dedicated to this goal, as a reflection of that commitment, have developed the following: to seek and maintain a leadership role in providing an assisted living environment that promotes independence for our residents. As a personal care facility, Reward Senior Care of Turtle Creek was designed to care for people who are unable to live alone, yet do not need the care of a nursing home. Supportive services include a professional nurse, daily assistance with medications, bathing, dressing by a professionally trained staff. Services include: PT & OT on site, three meals served daily, transportation, on site physician and podiatry services, full time activities, housekeeping and on site chapel. All rooms are furnished or can be furnished by the resident to create a personalized home like environment.
