There is a choice of treadmill, recumbent bike, stepper, weights, bands, and machines to help with strength and stretching. As the day goes on, the fitness center is the hub of yoga, tai chi, strength, classes, balloon volleyball, beanbag baseball, etc.\n\nThe crafts offered are always geared to holidays, time of year, or just something fun for the sake of fun!
