Positives: It is a clean, friendly facility with pretty good food. The staff works hard and greets you with a lot of positivity. They seem to genuinely care for their residents, and most of the residents seem happy when you encounter them in the halls and dining area. Negatives: they are woefully understaffed and have a fair amount of turnover it seems. The communication is not timely, and you really need to be organized and be your own advocate. You have to stay on top of care (like meds) and financials. They seem to be in a constant state of overwhelm. They do not have good systems in place for certain things. I really do think they are one of the good ones — just want people to know that they will need to be active participants in monitoring their loved one's care.
