Great Place

Exceptional!
Every person we encountered was exceptionally kind and informative. We did not call ahead for an appointment, just spontaneously showed up and they were more than eager to take us on a tour. The facility was homey, welcoming and clean-just lovely!
The residents we met were quite positive about this place, happy and engaging!
Overall, a most excellent experience! We highly recommend it!

Review for Polo Park Estates
The facility changed ownership (was Holiday, now Sodalis). Staffing is greatly reduced. Now, instead of being served meals at our seats, we go through a buffet line. Only those unable to do that get to order their food.

Amazing place
He moved out almost a year ago but we loved it. The Home Care+ staff they partner with are outstanding.

Polo Park Estates Review
Everyone is very nice and the staff is very helpful. This is the first time I've ever been in a place like this I've always lived with my wife or by myself the last five years so far everything is going great! I sure do like it here.

Have repairs needing attention, dinner meals need to vary, staff are great considering they are short staffed. Corporate needs to make positions filled for further relief of overworked current staff.

Polo Park Estates review
Polo Park has been a very positive experience. She is doing better I think because of the inclusive atmosphere. The staff is so supportive, thoughtful and helpful. It is a great place, would and do tell others about Polo Park

I met Miss Vee, a wonderful person she had me very much
I went for a visit to Polo Park Estates in Midland. I was invited for lunch and I met a couple of residents plus the lady that introduced me to them. I could not believe everyone was so nice. It would be a few days before I get to move in but I cannot wait to move into this place, I am so excited about everything especially the personnel and the two residents that I have already met. I’ll give it a 100% thumbs up. ??????

More than I could have imagined
5 across the board. This is a wonderful place. Absolutely above and beyond. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They truly care about the residents and go above and beyond. The Polo staff is very accommodating and work hand in hand with the home care plus staff. The apartment sizes and amenities offered here for the residents are just wonderful.

Food is getting worse every day! Don't even know what some things are by the name . Things just don't taste good. Breakfast is the only decent thing. We have a lot of sandwiches. Some ok some not good at all.

Great move experience for my parents.
The one thing that my parents continually brag on is the driver who takes them shopping, to doctor appointments, to the pharmacy, etc. They've been very impressed with her flexibility and responsiveness, and that has been a really positive point for my parents. I hear great things from them about the food. And they like their apartment. They seem very comfortable. The only negative I've heard from them is they think the heater isn't quite strong enough for someone of a very cold nature.

Great Place
This is a nice facility. We're very happy with it. The staff is really good, I like all of them. Housekeeping is weekly and they do a good job. The food is a hit or miss, some days are great and others not so great as far as quality and variety. Communication with the family isn't great, but it's ok. I sure would recommend them to friends and family.

Highly recommended
We chose Polo Park Estates because I loved the staff. We really like the dining hall experience as well, they have a chef and the meals are great. The apartment sizes are plenty big enough for the needs. They are in the middle of renovations right now so things are a bit messy. Overall it is a great community and you can see that everyone really cares about each other. I'd highly recommend them.

It's a good place for Mom
I think it's a good facility, and my mom's apartment is nice. They have a maid service that comes in, but sometimes I notice they haven't dusted. The people there are extremely helpful, and they call you if something is wrong with your loved one. They offer a lot of activities. The food I've tried has been good. I thought it was flavorful, with good size portions but not so big as to be wasteful. And my mom seems to like the food as well.

Highly Recommend
I definitely recommend Polo Park Estates to anyone that needs independent living. But also if you need a little bit of help, they're really good in that area too. No complaints from us! My family member never complained about the food, and he thought the chef did a good job. When he first moved in they had tons of great activities all the time, although that became a little bit less due to Covid.
