I greatly appreciate their very helpful understanding of my situation especially since my 30 years previous to the last couple of years was with a very high credit score. The 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a single person. It is comfortable, but roomy enough. One of the best features is the washer/dryer in the apartment. In addition, the apartment is completely refreshed for each new tenant. That includes replacing included kitchen appliances down to the included dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, and the washer/dryer combo. It is freshly painted with a new rug installed throughout most of the apartment. It is also reasonably priced and 2 bedroom apartments are available if needed. I am on the 2nd floor, but there are 1st floor apartments available if needed.
