They don't keep track of whether or not they eat and it was set up so that if you didn't come down to eat, they would deliver to his room, however that is not a consistent thing. The original employees understood his PTSD and had a workshop in order to train the personnel, but I don't believe they've done that since the big turnover. He's a little tough to handle and I do get that. The Med Tech staff is phenomenal. The housekeeping and care staff is awesome. Most staff members are incredible. However they have had a big turnover. There has been many times where he sat in the dining room for a good half hour or more before they'll even take his order which doesn't seem right, and I'm not sure what that's about. The VA Pharmacy department has struggled with communication with him, however from being great, not so good.
