Unresponsive Management
Terrible management. My father's there and if you call with a question or complaint, they'd don't bother to respond. Packages I've sent him have disappeared and apparently he and his card-playing friends have been restricted to a few hours a week because someone doesn't like card-playing. That's ludicrous.

It's a beautiful place.The kitchen is terrific. It even has a dishwasher. That impressed me.It's clean and well kept.
