We reached out to Pacific Coast Home Care after the previous home care service we used terminated our contract when our mom had to be admitted to the hospital. She had many admissions over a nine month period. The previous company was unreliable at best. However, [name removed] [name removed] , M.S., the Care manager at Pacific Coast, was organized, compassionate and very knowledgeable. We went through hell with our mom as cancer rapidly impacted her ability to do anything, she was in constant pain and immobile and to have Pacific Home Care take over, and send the most compassionate loving competent caregivers to us was such a blessing. Our mom, a retired nurse herself, really loved [name removed] , like she was her own daughter. [name removed] cared for our mom in ways that make me tearful just thinking about. So much love. And it was such hard work with my mom but [name removed] did it with such competence and compassion. Lastly, the Care Manager, [name removed] M.S. was an amazing gift as she always knew what additional support to provide and additional services that were needed.
