Our services allow our clients to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Our services can include: Personal Care, Companionship, Transportation, and more. When the caregivers showed up they were nice, but inexperienced, and sometimes hungry. There was always something wrong with scheduling,or they just didn't show. I have never been as stressed as I was when Mom was their client.

Incredible assistance
When my father passed, my mother, who is disabled, was going to be living alone, as I live 1000 miles away. [name removed] was able to bring in skilled help on a moments notice, allowing my mother her independence, while making sure she was eating, taking meds, and whatever else she needed. I would gladly recommend this group to any one that needs eldercare.

Superb home care for your loved one
Options is an outstanding organization to assist in home care for the elderly who need more than family can provide. I have used Options care givers over a sustained period prior to the COVID-19, and have taken up again for more help recently as we know more about this virus. The Options management is always most responsive to any request for help, even when not given much response time. I have had multiple care givers from Options to provide assistance and have been most pleased with the quality of personnel they send, their dedication and empathetic approach to providing loving care to those they assist. I give Options a 5-star rating because I mean it; truly an outstanding organization dedicated to assisting one care for a loved one. I promised my wife I would not put her in a home when diagnosed with Alzheimer's; Options has helped me keep this promise.

[Name Removed] and her team are wonderful to work with and responsive. We've used them for coverage of my mother on weekdays for almost two years. We have used Options service twice and were very pleased with the care and the attention my husband received. The staff was friendly and kind and professional . The staff was attentive and recorded times for meals and medications received. It was important for us to feel they were understanding of our needs and the communication was good.
It is a nice service that helps not only the elderly but also the caregiver having a bit of time when needed.
I would definitely recommend this service and will use them again when in need.

Above and Beyond
I highly recommend Options for Senior America in Manassas, Virginia. [Name removed] and her team of excellent caregivers helped my husband and I at home as his Parkinson's Disease advanced over several months. When he had a stroke & went to a hospital setting, I called on her for help as I was confused and lost by the options being presented to us. She immediately came to evaluate our situation, gave me excellent guidance, and told me things I didn't know and would not have known to ask about. She then provided nighttime caregivers to help my husband get through the nights. AND THIS WAS ALL DONE OVER A WEEKEND, AT THE LAST MINUTE. Senior Options went above and beyond what might have been expected and just what one needs in a time of crisis. I don't know what I would have done without [name removed] & and her professional caregivers.

I can't begin to tell you what a pleasure it has been working with [Removed] and her wonderful caregivers. She was always patient and kind even when I was upset and my plans and needs kept changing. Could not have asked for more compassionate and professional care givers! Not only was my mother comfortable and happy (not always an easy task) our helper, [Removed], even took time to speak with me and offered support and logical advice.

We have used Options-for Senior America, Manassas, twice for my disabled daughter who stays home and is only 35yrs old. She lives at home with me. Both times, the person chosen to be a companion (different one) was close in age to my daughter and friendly and helpful. She was happy for the companionship and I was glad she had someone to keep her company and help her with her prepare dinner.

Options was like Family
How fortunate we were to find Options for Senior America. Contracting with Options was so easy and our care giver was like family helping in any way necessary for my husband's recovery and my being able to leave the house with confidence he would be under professional care while I was away.
Also, the hours provided were at our request so if we needed help for longer hours or shorter hours during the week we were accommodated.
The hourly price was very competitive. I would recommend Options to anyone needing help during a difficult time.

Highly recommend this company!!
I only had to use this companies services for a short period of time but I was very pleased with the quality of care they provided my grandmother. They where always on time and always made sure she was comfortable and content before leaving. I would absolutely recommend there services to anyone and will be using them again if I need too.
