After trying to manage for a few months, I knew my aunt could no longer stay in her home. I toured several facilities in the area, both in -person when able, and virtually where offered. While there are other facilities that are new in close proximity to Newhaven, I couldn't get past how much like home it felt, just to sit in the lobby. The team I worked with to get my aunt started for the move-in process was dedicated to making it as easy as possible for her, and me. I think she is happier now than she has been in many years.
