Other staff have been generally good with variability that I have come to learn is quite typical. Most of the workers are very helpful. The housekeeping has been good, but sometimes there needs to be some prompting. Nothing major though. My loved one has not been thrilled with food. There is little, if any, variability for breakfast, which is too early for most residents if they try to go to dining room. Many meals tend to be over cooked. But dining staff have been nice. This is a good facility for residents and family members who will be appropriately assertive, respectful and ask for help. The move in process was easy. Paperwork was relatively easy with small understandable bumps in any transition process of this nature.
