The owner was always available and responded to a phone call very quickly to answer any of my concerns. One caregiver was assigned to my father so that he got to know one specific person and she got to know him, so that was awesome. The caregiver was very knowledgeable in her field, especially knowing how to operate a lift, because in the last couple weeks, my father could not move at all so we had to get a home lift in the home. She actually showed us how to operate and use it. Her cooking was phenomenal, so my dad did eat good. He had a craving for pork chops and she actually made them for him, so he had that meal about three days before he passed. He was extremely happy that night and they were delicious. They were caring individuals and I would recommend them to anyone. I would use them again in a heartbeat if I personally needed care or anyone else in my family needed it.
