It worked for us. My dad was only there three weeks before he passed. But I would not feel comfortable recommending it to others.

As you drive onto the property it looks so beautiful, the inside is warm and welcoming. I met The chef [name removed] and she is amazing. Great place and people. There aren’t many other places but this by far is one of the nicest and cleanest!

I recently had the opportunity to tour Mercy House, and I was very impressed with the changes that have been made since it was formerly Magnolia.
The difference is remarkable. the staff was friendly and professional, and welcoming and the residents appeared happy and well cared for. There is a new administrative team, as well as a new sales and marketing team, and it is evident that everyone is working hard to make this a wonderful community.
I was especially impressed with how clean the community was and with all the updates to the decor and overall atmosphere. You can truly see the effort that is being put into the Mercy House where the residents feel comfortable, valued, and at home.
From what I saw during my visit Mercy House is making tremendous progress and is becoming a beautiful, caring community for seniors. I would highly recommend taking a tour and seeing the changes yourself.

Nasty
My loved one was here. It has really gone down in the last year. Nasty floors! Starting to really smell like urine. A few of the caretakers are really good and care. Otherwise the employees aren’t trained and come straight off the streets. The Director, tells everyone of all the license he holds. He doesn’t hold any from the nursing board of Arkansas or Texas. Please don’t leave your loved one here unless you have someone with eyes on them at all times. The memory care in this title is not true. They zero experience or training with dementia.

Review for Magnolia Assisted Living and Memory Care
The place needs a good scrubbing of the floors and the patient room floors were nasty ! The girl running the place does not have a degree yet and is not even 21 years old. It's a big important position that needs, to be held by someone more mature and with at least a masters degree in the field.The girls that deal with the patients are wonderful.

This is no place for mom
Most of the staff were nice and helpful, but maybe a little lazy. The current Director is horrible and impossible to work with and communicate with. Housekeeping was a big problem. They don't have housekeeping available on the weekends and it was pretty obvious from the filth you could see at those times. The meals seemed okay. No I would definitely not recommend this facility.
