(I wanted to name names, but I just read that’s not allowed in reviews). My mother, age 94, could be sweet, demanding, feisty, cooperative or many other ways on any given day. Mayon took care of her as if she was family. They were recommended to me by a retired nurse and she did not steer me wrong. From Day One, Mayon was efficient yet homey for my mom. They made her feel comfortable even when she was being contrary. The rooms are so clean, and Mom was always looking groomed, with hair combed and nails trimmed, even though I know Mom didn’t always want to cooperate. On the day she passed away, Her caregiver was crying almost more than I was. They really care. About everything: meals, meds, comfort, and emotional health. With my Mom gone, I will miss them almost as much as I miss her.
