All of the main management staff are very attentive and helpful, but unfortunately, my father has most of his interactions at a different level. Communication is pretty nonexistent day to day unless I have to reach out to them for an issue. They seem to make a lot of promises, but they're not always fulfilled. These are issues that we have encountered at all three places my father has resided. \nIf I put it in that perspective, they probably rate highest of the three . My father is always clean, well taken care of clothes laundered and his room is always attended to. The food is OK but selections are somewhat limited.
