I loved that they had a secure front door and a courtyard to the open air. \nI work in the healthcare industry, in a position to advice people on Long-term care placement. I recommend visiting a facility at key times of the day such as breakfast, lunch and dinner. If the dining room is not filled with residents, they may be still in bed. Lucas Courts dining room teams with residents even on weekends. \nEight years later, my mother’s mobility has declined to a wheelchair, & her dementia has progressed.
