The staff here are so caring and they smile and greet you as you pass them in the hallways. Somebody from management is always available to address any concerns that I might have about my parents. My dad requires a lot more care than my mother does and moving them here has taken a lot of stress and pressure off of my mother, allowing her to thrive as she no longer has to worry about caring for my father as much. My dad is thriving too, and has been working with the therapy people to hopefully regain some of his independence back. The food is wonderful too and my parents try to never miss a meal in the dining room.
