Le Chateau offers assisted living, and is a great alternative for seniors who need assistance with day-to-day chores but who also want to preserve their independence. Though we are located in a country setting, we are only minutes away from all that the city of Rochester has to offer. If you love the country and fresh air, come take a tour of our property today to see if it's the right fit for you.</p> <h3>Living Options and Amenities</h3> <p>At Le Chateau, we offer a variety of floor plan options, including ground floor and wheelchair-accessible units. Full tubs and accessible showers are available, as are kitchenette and bathroom additions. We encourage and celebrate the independence of our residents here at Le Chateau, and all of our rooms are private. There are also safety features provided, such as fire and medical alert systems for emergencies. To accommodate our residents, heat and air conditioning is provided for comfort and safety. Le Chateau is fully-integrated with WanderGuard capability to monitor our residents' whereabouts.</p> <h3>Dining Amenities</h3> <p>At Le Chateau, all meals are provided to residents we strive to provide excellent options, with three meals a day and snacks in between. Le Chateau's dishes are prepared daily with fresh ingredients around specially-designed menus. Our chefs can accommodate nearly every type of diet, including options such as vegetarian entrees and Kosher fare. Residents can choose to eat with their neighbors, family-style, in our homey dining room, or take their meals in private, if that is what they prefer. We also enjoy having cookouts and picnics in our lovely garden area. We aim to accomodate any style of dining our residents wish, as often as we can. </p> <h3>Common Areas</h3> <p>Indoor and outdoor areas are designed for ease of access to residents with limited mobility. All living, dining, and activities rooms are open to all residents. Outdoor common areas, with our large garden and expansive grounds, are inviting and relaxing. Take a walk in our garden area, or sit in the vintage gazebo in our large, manicured front lawn. Our serene country setting will help relax any troubles away.</p> <h3>Activities</h3> <p>One of the keys to staying independent is remaining active. Residents at Le Chateau enjoy a full schedule of social, educational, and engaging activities. Our structured programs help all residents maintain a high quality of life. Many of our activities encourage residents to socialize and develop friendships with one another. Our caring staff makes sure scheduled activities are fun and entertaining, and tailored to the life experiences of all who desire to participate. Le Chateau makes sure to schedule outdoor leisure time to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy our beautiful countryside setting.</p> <h3>Personal Services</h3> <p>We have a beautician and barber conveniently located on-site so residents can arrange beauty treatments and grooming any time they need. All of our residents have access to our transportation services at a reasonable cost. We are located only nine miles from Providence Centralia Hospital, and there are several medical centers and physicians in the local area to provide care to seniors with special health needs. For those who enjoy the outdoors, our home is in close proximity to national parks as well. Staff are able to provide insulin injections and medication administration, as well as oversee feeding tube management and catheter and colostomy care. We schedule visits from registered nurses and have a doctor on-call to handle adjustments in medication, provide consultation, and respond to any urgent medical needs. Regular visits are made from occupational therapists, to aid residents in developing, recovering, improving, and maintaining the skills needed for daily living. Our community utilizes a locked and secured perimeter to ensure the safety of our residents, and staff are appropriately trained to respond safely to residents with behavioral issues and de-escalate any related occurrences. Le Chateau offers on-site hospice care when needed, and we also offer respite care a short-term stay at a senior living community perfect for those recovering from a hospital visit, the interim during which a caregiver takes an extended vacation, or simply to experience a senior living trial period.</p> <h3>Care Types Offered</h3> <p>Le Chateau is licensed as an <em>Adult Family Home</em>, which is defined as a facility that provides assistance with daily activities, health support services, and intermittent nursing services for two to six residents.
