My brothers and I all have our individual questions and concerns about the process, what we had read or heard and from our individual place of fear for our mother's last days.\nCleanliness- The care provided was in our home, so cleanliness was not as important. We had the support of fulltime caregivers for keeping the room and my mom clean and sanitized. I will say, each of the nurses that spent time with my mom wore gloves and consistently used hand sanitizer.\n Friendliness of staff. - More than friendly, they were patient with our questions no matter how many times they had to repeat it. Additionally, they supported us through a very challenging time in our lives. They took our calls and when not available they followed up in a timely basis.\n \nQuality of care. - This is hard as we had nothing to compare it to. There were a host of people in and out of the house providing services to ensure my mom's last day were of quality and pain free.\n Meals/Dining. - Unfortunately, we were past the meal/dining stage as my mom appetite and ability to swallow solids had gone. There were liquids she attempted at. \n Activities. - Other than bedding change or diaper change there was little to no activities she could participate in \n\nValue for Cost. - I don't believe there is a value you can place on the service provided.
