Not bringing lunch and thus having to leave unexpectedly to purchase food. Other qualities too that were not suited for home care. \n\nI do give the staff credit in that the 2nd and current person who they sent comes and is excellent. \n\nYou know what I appreciate most about the person they've provided us with to help care for my mom? The peace of mind and time I now have to spend with my husband and granddaughter. That is priceless.
