Welcoming and Happy Environment
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and open. They responded to all of our questions, and they addressed any of the family's concerns immediately. They treated us like family. I would recommend Holy Hills to others for their loved ones. There were at least two staff members available to assist the residents.
They did provide three meals a day. The staff were checking on my loved one often.
About the facility Holy Hills Assisted Living
Holy Hills Assisted Living (HHAL) is a privately licensed senior residential care facility located in the heart of Bowie, MD.
Our facility provides residents with three meals per day and snacks, housekeeping services, 24-hour security, exercise and wellness programs, personal laundry services, free cable/wifi and social and recreational activities. HHAL also provides its residents with 24-hour staff availability, assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking. Our facility has access to health and medical services (i.e. physical therapy, hospice, professional gerontologists), medication management services and care.
Our mother and daughter team have over 30 years of certified health provider experience. Our caregivers are all well screened, well-trained and equipped licensed LPNs, CNAs, GNAs or certified medical technicians with the knowledge to provide clients and their families with optimal care.
Our staff RNs supervise our caregivers and provide periodic assessments to review or revise individualized care plans.
