Nope!
eek... seek another home for your loved ones. This place lacks compassion and empathy for the elderly and the staff are very unfriendly [removed]. I've been there about 7 times and never met the Owner ever. Which is allowing the employees to be rude and get away with it.

This is a wonderful facility to place your loved one. The staff is very inviting, caring and loving towards the residents. Residents are treated like family and are kept very clean and tidy. I love this place couldn't ask for a better place.

Highlands Circle Personal Care Home
I am dissatisfied with the service I received from the Manager per my last visit. As I attempted to ask questions the manager at the time [name removed] began spouting Obscene language towards me with my child in the room. As I kept my composure and kept quite that only infuriated her more and the residence began to watch as she embarrassed herself furthermore. Seeing that the situation was taking a turn for the worst I began to document the incident. In the video, she proceeds to lunge towards me to hit me while employees were screaming at her and holding her back. Patients were traumatized as she was swinging and carrying on as if she was a wild animal in the zoo. Someone with that kind of temper should not be in that position all whilst dealing with the elderly. I am so disgusted with what I had to witness and will be contacting the proper authorities. Unfortunately, I'm required to give it a one-star in order to post this review.

We hope dad can move in here
This community has a nice outdoor space for the residents. It is closer to us and larger than the community dad is currently living in. He would have his own room and bathroom. They offer a lot of activities and the staff are helpful and friendly.

I liked this place!
The caregivers at this care home were nice during my tour. They explained the different level of care they provide. They offer a skilled nursing type of care. They have activities for the residents to enjoy. The home looked clean.

Wonderful home setting
Love this place. It is never easy moving a loved one but this has proved to be as close to a home setting as I could find. The staff has been wonderful going the extra mile in making sure my loved one has all of her needs met.

The Highland Circle Personal Care Home is excellent. They are very friendly, and very thorough. They residents are well taken care of. Everything is excellent. Everything has been excellent. It's a great place for my dad.
