Heat is on now
The heat got repaired at Heritage yesterday around noon. I’m so glad of that too. The employees there are very nice the food there is very good from what I understand.
After 2 1/2 days of no heat I’m just glad it’s back on thank goodness. However, whoever the person was that answered the phone yesterday morning, they were very rude. As a whole I’d recommend Heritage for any senior. They are awesome. The staff is phenomenal, caring too.

Our family had an in person tour with Heritage at Irene Woods and it was a great tour experience but only 6 men and everyone was older than my uncle so he would feel like all those old women were fussing at him like his mother did. They weren't but he was convinced it would be that way.

Review for Heritage at Irene Woods
It was a good value compared to others. People were really friendly. I would tell a friend that so far we like the place. It is clean bright and cheery. I would also tell them that I have concerns about the number of upper level staff that are leaving. Almost everyone I interacted with at the beginning have suddenly left.

A nice community with fun activities
What we really like about Heritage at Irene Woods is just how friendly the staff members are as well as the other residents. My mother-in-law liked the activities, especially the bingo. Based on the experience we have had we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

I toured Heritage at Irene Woods and we loved the amenities, dining, and everything about it. They did a great job with our tour as well.
We chose another community because of the security at Heritage. You have to go through all of this red tape to sign in, but it's still very open and accessible all the way around. There was no courtyard and the apartment my loved one looked at was on the main level with outside access. We thought that would be great for his spouse when she visits, but most apartments have some sort of keypad or fob for entrance, whereas Heritage had nothing and we thought that was odd.

Just What We Were Looking For
I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. I feel my loved one is safe here, and the value is good. The move-in coordinator is very good and provided a number to reach her with any questions. The move-in coordinator is there biggest asset, I feel. I feel the staff communication with the family is very good.
My loved one is enjoying the meals served, and the meal allotment is very good. The portions are generous.

Highly recommend for people of all ages
We chose Heritage because we noticed that it did not feel like a retirement community, it felt warm and inviting and did not smell. They also do not have much turnover in staff which was a big thing for us. We like that they have a little restaurant there that we are able to take grandma to eat at. They also have a physician that comes on site who is amazing and you do not have to take your loved ones out for appointments. I would highly recommend to others looking.

It has become my home
I have a very large apartment, but it is expensive. They have different options of sizes on rooms depending on the cost. I was disappointed that the room was not inspected before I moved in. When I moved in there were some issues such as microwave missing parts, kitchens did not have shelves, etc. Other than that it is a wonderful place and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

I Found What I Needed Here
This community is very close to me and that is the main reason I picked them for my parents. We thought we could do more for them if they are close. They introduced me to the amenities provided and I got to see the 2 bedroom apartment. IT fit all my needs for my parents. The representative was professional and on time.
